*ANNOUNCEMENT - March 2024*
This post is purely for information as I thought some of the people in my network might like to know my little bit of news…
After a 39-year career in people development, this will be my last year at Hodson Associates, with a plan to cease trading at the end of March 2024.
Not quite sure where the time has gone, but in 1985 I started working for Dale Carnegie Training in their Leeds office, which proved to be a defining moment in both my personal and professional life. Since then, following a move North to Newcastle upon Tyne and the subsequent start-up of Hodson Associates, I have enjoyed a wonderful career working with some terrific organisations and so many talented individuals. It’s been a real pleasure and privilege to work on so many diverse and innovative people development-related projects across all sectors of industry.
As for ‘The NEXT Chapter’, and not being someone to sit still and put my feet up, my plan is to stay active within the local community by continuing my volunteer work as a Trustee and by providing pro-bono consulting, coaching, and mentoring to organisations across the North East charity sector.
I will still be using Linked In as a networking tool and, as ever, am always pleased to hear from friends old and new, especially if it involves a cup of coffee!
In the meantime, sending my very best wishes for a happy, healthy, and fulfilling year ahead to everyone who reads this post.
